I will be perfect happy if they come clean, show the capsule, open up and show the solid fill and explain the nature of the technology (which should be micro encapsulation) and state that they own their version of the technology. This will really put it out as evidence and they will be sued by investors in class action or prosecuted by ASIC if they did lie. Will see if they answer my question at all. This is not about me believing in what they say but how they present enough details to to the market to put them into a position that they would be prosecuted if they lie. At the current state, you cannot prosecute them. They just say "hard capsule". If they stuff oil into a hard capsule (and eventually it leaks), they just say the capsule fails. There is no case to sue them for misleading the market.
