Not $ 30m, it's $300 million if all holders subscribed.
Usually any company will assume at least 20% share holders subscribe for their SPP, but in this case, it's only aimed on 0.26% share holders to take up the offer, it sucks mate, only sucker will take up the spp. something is wrong.
