Also the figure of 1.1 milliona year to manage a project with 60 turbines does not look like a Deal of the Century either.
If I remember correctly, the Chatham Island project was supposed to bring close to a million a year in revenue with just two turbines.
Probably not the same thing, CBD owns those two turbines for next 30 years, but do compare.
BTW the 1.1 million is not all profit. CBD will have to work for it. Management has its costs and it might be higher then revenue in the start up parts of the project. Preparing and re-viewing proposal documents, application fees, cost of travel and accommodation to negotiate with various parties,etc.
Maybe that is why we had such a low final profit last financial year.
