This is obviously a disappointing outcome for long term shareholders.
Are you really being treated unfairly by the offer though, after all you can choose to take the cash like First Samuel or keep shares in an unlisted entity like Zimi Meka can't you?
It's probably worth much more with a long term view but right now you need RCF's help and they are dictating terms.
