I have been a holder for some years with the thought of an eventual turnaround in the industry.

For the past few years, the forward guidance has always been on the lines of, "it has been a difficult time, but we are seeing signs of a turnaround". Another year passes by and then the same old commentary.

Now this scheme of arrangement occurs, and I recall a recent announcement that the 5 year outlook is not good. Really? You have a view on the 5 year outlook? If the outlook is so poor, why does DF, RCF and management want in on the action!

This is beyond a joke and any sort of investigation might reveal something else behind the door. I am only sitting on a 20% or so loss but I'm more frustrated that my capital was tied up here for the past few years. I'm sure others feel the same.....
