Voted NO today with all my shares. Not sure if enough ppl will be voting AGAINST for the scheme to fail but I sincerely hope so. I note that the company came out with a negative sounding forecast as well but I infer that is what the big shareholders want to be saying to scare us into parting with our shares at 40 cents. I am not too worried as I picked mine up at 50 (still a 20% loss) but I know others who have paid a lot more.
