There is a very prescient interview with Jonathan Goodman on mining stock daily from 14 June. He discusses AUC at about the 45min mark…was very diplomatic about former management (board). But what interested me is that Dundee’s MO is to sign a non disclosure agreement (confidentially agreement) with their investee companies before they invest. So I guess they have done their homework on the companies they hold here on the asx, auc and stn are two that I know of. Anyway the premise of what he is saying in the interview is 100% true about management at these companies needing to make money for shareholders.
