I think a 100/1 consolidation is required, gets rid of the day traders and they will need that sort of price to raise the $250M to build the plant. I have been in and out of this stock for the last 5 years but always held big numbers (+2M shares) and I just sense there is a factor where the market doesn't believe the story. It makes sense to me ( the project) but the stock can't make any headway, the +8M shares traded today in a downward trend backs that up.
