Yeah also think it has to be considered in the context of who needs who more, farmers clearly have the upper hand in negotiation as the land is crucial to the development. Was always going to have to be bought at a prem to standard grazing/framing land due to the proximity to the mine. Think its a very positive step getting this over the line.
