Ok it appears to be a rebate, but we seem to getting off track here. What is significant about what is happening is that AusIndustry consider this technology
"Technically Advanced Overseas Drug Development" and so do the FDA which granted the technology "Qualified
Infectious Disease Product (QIDP) status" the financial metrics are of limited concern ATM as most investors are not expecting the company to pay dividends in the immediate future.
