The company has said all along “ waiting for approval “ what difference does it make what the hold up is. Now you know what difference does it make. The company is obviously believes the compensation is too high and now put into the land court for determination. Some naive people on these threads.

The fact remains - they will be mining for Au soon! That really is all that matters. And at current prices they will be mining most profitably! I could not care less if the co decides to change the place they start mining. Also, as far as I am concerned - PFS/DFS/AFS/XYZFS is irrelevant - I will place my faith in management whatever process they wish to follow to START mining! That is all that is important!

And, BTW, I have shown faith in management by adding to my position!
