    APA shareholders did not like the announcement proposal so APA stock price dropped. Consecutively, if APA drops below $7.74 one would end up getting lower than what Brookfield has offered from the takeover deal.

    Anyhow AST stock price went up to $2.60 today. Could just sold it today itself and gotten the cash.
