Tin is not the focus of the company anymore....hasnt been for a long time. I would venture to say that if the largest shareholder wasn't Yunnan Tin the company would have changed their name from YTC Resources to something more relevant a long time ago. That still may happen at some point.
I think the move with regards to Taronga ensures that someone will be driving that project forward while YTC still retains an interest in it. YTC management can not afford to be distracted by exploration/development of the tin assets given the critical period that the company is in with regards to moving from explorer to producer on Hera and eventually Nymagee.
I am sure that Yunnan Tin would have been offered both Taronga and Doradilla as assets that they could take over in some form or another to develop, but it appears as though they have little to no interest in participating in anything right now.
