I would not agree that tin was no longer company focus.
Why not allow another company to build up taronga while ytc keep finance for other things?
My understanding is that YTC gets 5 shares in AusNico for every 1 Taronga share. This means YTC will have just under 12 million shares in ANW. So they develop the project...we get benefit through a share lift as the project develops. Win Win! Please correct me if I am wrong, but I see this as a plus.
Note also that Doradilla is a tin project with good ground hence the reason, and probably a very good one, to move to 100% ownership.
This is a great buy at the moment.
