Well in a way they have , to S32... It could be a reason that others are not involved or wanting to be involved. With top 20 holders at basically 50% , and S32 funding all operation, it could be seen that S32 will be the ones taking over if a discovery is made. ?
I see that any discovery made that it would be spin off to them. That way the shareholders would receive either scrip or money and not have to sell their holdings. Chris Ellis has no way of recovering his investment unless full take over or Spin off of the project.
