Exactly. I also work in ICT for local government. The thing that Aussie have been smart about is that they appeal to more technical users with their transprency and self-service tools; these 'geeks' are the same people who make decisions at their workplace for which ISP they use, which probably explains why Aussie's business customer growth has been so explosive. With the addition of the great customer service, it also makes it easy for these technical folk to reommend to the non-technical friends and family.
