I read in the Domacom ASX release that the AustAgri windup proceedings were listed for mention in the Vic Supreme Court on 2nd March 2022.
Just had a look at the the Supreme Court Lists for 2nd March and all subsequent days and the matter doesnt appear to be listed. Does anyone know if they have settled, and if so on what Terms. Hopefully they got something near their $8.5m break fee.
