    It's smart move. The profit guidance is going to be released soon as US companies are starting a report season. I think the sp. is already priced in but the CEO resignation is a bit of a worry because I don't really know what's happening in company restructures. So I decide to wait until February unless there's a rumour Austal is T/O.
