Added heavily to initial position today. Just looking at the simple things:
1. Selling at a projected PE ratio of 10 (16FY).
2. Anticipated dividend return of 4%ff.
3. Selling at book value.
4. Very strong balance sheet.
5. Low PEG ratio.
6. Increasing amount of recurring maintenance work.
7. Well placed in a growth market.
In a distressed market happy to have this one.
