And there’s always that one comical troll who makes broadbrush, unsubstantiated statements as though they were fact and who, when confronted with the actual detail, spins endlessly on the head of a pin in his or her corner instead of admitting they were completely wrong.
ASIC never alleged the board sat on the report. They alleged the CEO did and Austal, after cooperating with the inquiry, conceded this and let him go. If the board had withheld information from the market I would’ve agreed wholeheartedly with your original bluster. But what you alleged is not what ASIC alleged, and - ironically - you are misleading and deceiving people with your unsubstantiated slur on the board.
