I think the takeover is more likely than not but the position ASB is in now suggests that shareholders will be under-paid. OPC and TAGOS replace LCS and then some, EMS close to a certainty to replace EPF, very well positioned for strong growth in support (I personally think they will exceed the $500m target and do so before forecast) and the submarine contracts could be the replacement for Philippines and Vietnam.
