Ive No experience with buying dry docks. But US$10M for a dry dock larger than what ASB owns And waterfront land with deep water access. And some buildings thrown in ... seems like a fire sale bargain to me. Especially given the size of the US Govt grant to get it running.
Can anyone with knowledge comment?
