Geez, they are performing above, certainly my, expectation then they appear to kick an own goal, imo, if they are going for A1.
Its not as if companies would be fighting over the assets, they could wait until they have proven their current operations are SUSTAINABLE and PROFITABLE before moving on A1.
Crawl before you walk is the motto that springs to mind, little more than an ego trip to say we hold the lot. What DD havd they done on A1 to make them think its a goer? Its a very different beast to MS if you read the historical records.
I sincerely hope the deal is aborted, at least until later when they have proven themselves over a significant time period.
