I would have thought the transfer is complete at the time of the announcement. The acquisition was made and did not require any funds so there was only an ownership transfer.
The TH would have been the period when the deal was done and signed over so they could have released mining results 5 min after the release of the TH announcement and i wouldn’t have thought it would matter.
