Expensive as any director. Until such time as AUL gives

a valid and logical bit of reasoning behind the appointment,

can only see it as a total waste of $300 odd thou. per year.

AUL are brilliant at making anns. with no 'information'.

Why have they appointed another director?

Why one that's based in London.

What special skills/assets will he bring to the BOD?

Lot of guesses and assumptions as to why AUL has brought him

onboard, but no reasoning/info from AUL as to why.
