More inclined to say anybody who has been holding for a long time,
with a .4 > .8 S P will probably escape ASAP.
Those that are recent buyers, won't be happy with only 10>20%
but would be expecting a bag or 3?
My cost average is .43 cents.
Happy to wait for 10 cents, or (not so happily), bust.
