The gap should close one way or another. Could be WRM falling, AUL rising or a combination of both. Once the vote is passed it would be logical for WRM holders to sell their WRM and buy AUL for as long as there is a discount. I am surprised that the discount is as big as it is as like many I will be surprised if the vote doesn’t pass. I’ve sold most of my WRM and replaced with AUL, seems to be a no brainier to me. Having said that if the take over doesn’t go ahead I’ll be rather annoyed as I have no interest in the AUL assets - really disappointed that WRM management wants to dilute my interest in the exciting WRM prospects in exchange for a share in the AUL assets.
