    This will go through. Its just the liquidity within WRM won't be able to support a mass exodus of investors if they all choose to bail after the takeover is approved. It makes sense for a WRM shareholder to average down their shareholding but it doesn't make sense for an arb fund hence i believe the spread will remain post vote.
