IMO AUL will in good faith continue with the existing DOCA or something similar to that affect.All parties involved should now band together to complete this as quickly as possible and move on. I can't see the Administrator hanging onto this much longer, besides It is in no ones interest to keep paying KM fees - the sooner this deal is done and complete - the better for all concerned.
