    IMO The updated DOCA may be very similar to the previously agreed DOCA.
    Very little has changed IMO apart from AUL becoming a major secured creditor of CTL and Maldon effectively giving security and possibly some control over their assets.
    This is actually a very good, strong move by management.
    I am sure full details of deal will be announced, they probably didn't want the others knowing the details until finalized.
