it is all about hype…AUH currently has not much for people to imagine. I am not saying they don’t have interesting projects but all of these projects are long shots, medium/long term stuffs. I think every of us would hope to see the announcements about DD next day, next week. I personally couldn’t stop thinking maybe news next week during every weekend lol…but rationally, even they announce something about the DD, it is still a long shot…let’s just hope the market won’t get crashed in 2023 especially when AUH delivers something material. It will be fun to watch if they can convert concept into real projects
