My feeling about the DD is that they might hit some golden mining, some kind of good technology but turning it into a real thing is out of their scope. I was kinda impatient on the time they have spent on the negotiation before but now I think it is a right thing for them to do. For this kind of project, money won’t be the only thing they need and seek for, the most important resource is proper strategic investors who sees the value of this project and has enough experience to guide them to make things happen. I think if they can find someone with good reputations on green energy consulting/investing, it will create great hype.
