I'm doing my investigations at the moment, but it would seem like AHC has a lack of market enthusiasm as it has struggled to succeed over the past few years of its operations.
What can be the driver of change? -- Growth in software sales as a % of total sales.
These sales are much better economically speaking (in terms of EBITDA/Gross margin) as well as quality of earnings (per ARR and low churn).
I will post my findings in due course.....
