Production costs - then add royalties , interest , corporate costs, sub commercial wells etc and that leaves little Margin , without strong margins you can't grow organically
The point is break even is the point were there is nothing left for shareholders - so even if break even all in costs for shale is 65-70 , then that leaves nothing for shareholders
