I do understand at times its commercially sensitive, but surely this time with the share price so low a bit more information would be nice. As cmon has said many many times, investors should be given all the figures, like irr's expected, expected flow rates etc. For me the JV may drill a couple wells and find them uneconomic in the current oil environment and then there goes the share price. I understand why the deal is being done, akk will strike oil and then release an announcement saying how prospective this is, and ask for a handout to test the well and for corporate costs.
