    That 260 mill from the placement IS an overhang, S.I.'s are NOT LT "investors", so the sooner we get them out of the system the better. Be it .012 or .013 is really irrelevant for LT holders, the more that get out at these levels the better.
    Pray for big volumes (at .012 and above).
