Just need to see more employee diversity on the shop floor and board room , with ethnicity and gender now , but going in the right direction , with 4 day week to make working for ANG more employee friendly and reduce carbon footprint (less traffic jams , less time travelling to work ) .
Hopefully their plans to improve productivity with mechanisation and work stations is working out for improving margins to , as they push what they have learnt in Perth to off shore in Indonesia and the Americas .
Just need to see more employee diversity on the shop floor and...
