Fortunately, (at this stage, who knows what other diversity rules they will put in place in the future) everyone is free to choose their own Doctor (or employees in ANG's case) regardless of diversity quotas and purely based on merit. Which should always be the case, in both heavy industry and healthcare. As a capitalist I am all for diversity but not driven by quotas and certainly not at the expense of my investment.
