    The notice was received after 5.00pm yesterday, being hours after close and announcement of the Placement and likely days after the Directors formally agreed to sell their shares to US cornerstones.

    What you're insinuating is insider trading. With the level of publicity these guys have, for such a thing to have taken place would require incredible stupidity on the par of the directors and for them to have acted both against legal advice and the instruction of their Board.
