Firstly ask yourself what the fund managers would be thinking right now (likely furious) and ask if you think they will be there next time APT rattles the tin.

Secondly, that sell down hasnt been done and I sure as hell wouldn't be taking stock at 23 from the founders with this going on, so what happens if tiger and the other fund walk away from taking the 100M in stock? The market knows the founders want out now and I imagine are assuming they knew this was coming..

But hey, we are going to $150 right? Listening to alternative opinions isnt a bad idea sometimes.

All my opinion and do your own research but maybe people are starting to realise that 5bill for a company that doesnt make money or take time to worry about compliance might be a bit rich

Hey GB, great comments on APT 12% drop. What are your comments on AMI 15%+ drop? According to your logic, it makes good profits, no AUSTRAC issues, compliant company - so why did it drop?

APT will be fine, and soon you'll have to short cover. Just remember, FB got hit with the whole Cambridge analytica and everyone was going ape - fast forward 1 year, who's talking about it anymore??
