The continuing negotiations are a massive concern.
Firstly in all respect to Auz a term sheet doesn't lock everything down.
There's a bunch of 'what's ifs' that need to be put into a contract. "What happens if this happens to the mine. What happens if prices change. What happens if our demand changes"?
So it couldn't just be ticked off.
But. This is a multi billion dollar deal.
I'd be living in an apartment right next to SK until it's done. 80 hours of meetings? 150?
I wouldn't move.
