The SP reflect the current fair value. The last year has been so poor for AR1 the market can no longer value in further potential here because if things go wrong, E.g A major breakdown, terrible flood etc the company will be back to losing money.

If the company can prove over a decent amount of time they can remain profitable under all conditions then future value may be added in ..

Again, for example .. The SP was 60c last year because future value was added in .. The market got burnt, so it will take time before genuine trust returns. That is just the long and the short of it all.
