@Suni your point are valid and rational - However it is fact that Austral operations are now under control. This morning announcement demonstrate 3 months of consecutive operation and production efficiency even with bad weather conditions.

2. Cost under control
3.Grade well understood
4.Manning
5. Weather manageable because all systems in place to tackle it

Now Austral just need to increase production and double revenue - They are already doing that with Lady Colleen. Plus demonstrate a long life business of +10yrs this will happen.

Management understood Mt. Isa area get lots of rain hence they aggressively push harder last year to double mining (the issue was Austral was behind by 70% in production and it took 6 months to get it right so yes the bills pilled up because mining cost were higher, because of doubling the mining rate, and to add Diesel cost sky rocketed . …..The company has stated all of this already Folks!!!)

The deal brokered with Thiess in our opinion was savvy (we have ask around and Thiess apparently had never done this sort of deal for any company - Why Austral.... Maybes ask yourself why?? Thiess are a Tier 1 global business own by Elliot one of the most savvy and aggressive activist investor. This tell us Austral is a platform Thiess see to leverage and enter the small to mid-mining space).

Maybe you are right Austral will raise or do a smart finance deal (we will support and participate if it to clear balance sheet and no debt - We see the business making money and some of these debt will be reducing on a monthly basis already). One thing we are certain Captain DJ would not do stupid equity deal that kills shareholders.

Again from a risk: reward. Looking at Australian producers of Copper we are Holding and buying Austral Resources!!!

Oz Mineral is gone .... All that cash needs home and they need Copper (we are patient and happy to keep buying - these levels for us are great)
