so this is my understanding from the company, CST original debt of $260million purchased for $26million and the assets purchased for $1 I neglected to ask how the contract was settled but I assume based on what you've shown that they have time to pay with interest either way I was comfortable with the amount when forecasted sales are $140million per year minimum from the plant alone let alone JV , nope I stand by what I said $400million in resource and equity assets for $26million is a great bit of business.
