Great presentation.. worth re-watching when it comes out again later today.
Phase 4 - JV/Selling assets news in coming weeks (could help re-rate higher)
Market should start waking up soon. Want to know more about there hedging (30%)... I think good idea to hedge now for the next 6-12 months maybe increase to 50% or more to help reduce risk.
