    Hey, you've put up some good points for discussion on these threads but what makes you think that AR1 would be in a position to pay dividends this early? Currently we are working on a short mine life pending news and surely they'd be using their money to build up more land to drill?

    Let's say things continue at their current rate and mine life is extended, when would AR1 be in a position to pay dividends?
