I had not counted on takeover speculation but it appears it is out there and with good reason also . Thanks for the article Tony .
I assumed this was cap raising redistribution but perhaps it is capping by a major shareholder . If so we may be in for a big one off surge in sp soon .
Apart from speculation though, the chart certainly looks primed for further gains over the next days and weeks . 60 cents looks like a nice target now that near term refinancing is sorted and real estate sales seem to be netting very reasonable amounts without much NTA erosion .

Dividend forecast for yield holders also .
