Shares were issued in lieu of payment for marketing etc. To get a distributor to agree to this is unheard of, the management at IOT aren't messing about and obviously the distributor can only see $$$ in their eyes.
Looking at the 10 day chart, this stock has bounced *perfectly* and all it needed was this catalyst to shift it into gear. I'm liking the shaky hands this morning, plenty of consolidation means more money in afternoon trade.
This morning i had the choice of this and a couple of other runners, can def see IOT running a lot higher, holders simply dont want to let go of this.
Note: Sellers (profit takers) look to be backing off now, hope to see a slow steady rise toward 2:30pm, then a big finale ;-) Shaping up to be a great day imo!
