S32 declared a 0.4 US cent dividend for the Dec 23 half. That was down from 3.2 US cent dividend for the Jun 23 half. In turn that was down from 4.9 US cent dividend for the Dec 22 half.

If the company was travelling well, dividends would be increasing and not decreasing.
