For the ship to be moored to the wharf during a cyclone tells me that production was priority over safety of the ship and its crew. It was a cyclone not an earthquake , they would have had plenty of notice to cease loading and release the ship before the weather prevented them to do so. I’ve seen some photos of the damage and I worked there in my previous life so I know the facility well. They wont be shipping rocks from that wharf anytime soon if EVER at all.
